VetWorking – May 7th with Major General David R. Gust (Ret.)

Join us May 7th

You are invited to join us for our monthly VETworking breakfast.  This networking event is a forum for military Veterans in business and those who support them, or wish to team with them, to meet and connect. VETworking has grown from a small group of Veterans to more than 60 attendees each month representing both small and large businesses.

Although the focus of VETworking is on the connections made between and with Veterans, we do have a speaker each month who can provide valuable information and inspiration for attendees.  The speaker this month will be Major General David R. Gust, (USA, Ret.). MG Gust is the founder and CEO of David R. Gust and Associates LLC, a consulting firm specializing in marketing to the U.S. Army. MG Gust formed the firm in 2009 and has helped his clients win contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars with the Army and other government agencies. MG Gust served as President of USfalcon, Inc. from 2007 to 2009, where he increased USfalcon’s annual revenues from $14M to $94M per year. MG Gust served in the U.S. Army for 34 years including as Major General until his retirement in 2000. From 1999 to 2000, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Research, Development and Acquisition at Headquarters, Army Material Command. Prior to that, he served as the Army’s Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors from 1995. As an Army Acquisition Corps officer for 23 years, he has served as Product Manager for the Data Link on the Aquila Remotely Piloted Vehicle and as Project Manager for the Mobil Subscriber Equipment digital communications replacement program for the entire U.S. Army Signal Corps.

Don’t pass up a unique opportunity to network with other Veterans focused on success in business.  If you are a company looking for a VOSB or SDVOSB to team with there is no better place to find qualified Veteran owned businesses than at VETworking.

VETworking is hosted by Scott R. Williamson, a Veteran and Senior Counsel of the Government Contracts Practice Group at General Counsel, P.C.
