Paycheck Protection Program Round 2: Business Eligibility

Congress recently passed a $900 billion COVID-19 relief bill, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, which included funds for another round of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Fourth Circuit Dismisses Race Discrimination Case, but Finds Potential Retaliation
