The attorneys of General Counsel, P.C. have been assisting 8(a) companies for over twenty-five years— almost since shortly the inception of the program. Many of our 8(a) clients have achieved their goals. One has grown into a publicly traded company. Others sold for strong multiples upon graduation from the 8(a) program. As the number of companies in the 8(a) program has grown, however, it is clear that not all are positioned to achieve success.
