This seminar will explain the mechanics of a bid protest in federal government contracting. We will discuss the two types of protests (pre-award and post-award). We will focus on protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO), procedure and practice and what you can expect if you win a GAO protest; but will also discuss other forums for a bid protest: Agency protests; U.S. Court of Federal Claims; and the FAA's Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition (ODRA).
